Noah Falkenstein, MS, is the CEO/Partner of The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center, where he has dedicated the past 17 years to advancing the organization’s mission of delivering exceptional rehabilitative care. As CEO, Noah is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and overall direction of the organization while ensuring sustainable growth and effective leadership across all operations. He works closely with leadership and clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and operational excellence.
Prior to becoming CEO, Noah worked his way up from being the New York Division Manager for a decade, during which he led the expansion and growth of the New York facilities. Under his leadership, the division experienced significant development in infrastructure, patient volume, and patient care, solidifying its reputation as a leader in its field. His ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on management played a key role in this success.
Noah is also the CEO/ Managing Director of The PMR Physiatry Group, which is a recognized name in the field for its commitment to excellence in physiatric care and its strong partnerships across healthcare systems. Under his leadership, the group has expanded its geographic footprint, added numerous new providers, and established service lines in acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient clinics. He has spearheaded strategic alliances with health systems and post-acute care networks, helping to enhance care coordination and improve access to high-quality rehabilitation services. Through a focus on provider development, operational efficiency, and clinical innovation, Noah has positioned The PMR Physiatry Group as a premier provider in the region.
Noah holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management from Columbia University, where he completed extensive coursework in business development, marketing, business and finance. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business from Queens College.
With a strong foundation in both healthcare operations and business strategy, Noah brings a results-driven, collaborative approach to leadership that continues to shape The PMR Center’s evolution and impact.
