Noah Falkenstein, MS, is the Chief Operating Officer of The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center, where he has dedicated the past 17 years to advancing the organization’s mission of delivering exceptional rehabilitative care. As COO, he oversees day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and organizational growth, working closely with leadership and clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and operational excellence.
Prior to his current role, Noah served as the New York Division Manager for a decade, during which he led the expansion and growth of the New York facilities. Under his leadership, the division experienced significant development in infrastructure, patient volume, and patient care, solidifying its reputation as a leader in its field. His ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on management played a key role in this success.
Noah has also overseen the continued progress of The PMR Physiatry Group, which is becoming a recognized name in the field for its commitment to excellence in physiatric care and its strong partnerships across healthcare systems.
